Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
A deposit for our sessions is required on booking. This deposit will be taken from the client account once the booking process has been completed.
In the case of short sessions (up to a day), we will invoice for the balance of the agreed fee on completion of the session.
In the case of larger projects spanning more than one working day we will agree invoicing with the client prior to project commencement.
Our payment terms are 40% on project commencement, 40% at mid-point in our assignment with you and a final 20% at the end of the process.
Our terms of payment are 21 days from date of invoice.
Ownership of Documents and Copyright
It is our company policy that documentation is delivered in PDF to our clients, to ensure integrity of the document beyond the timeframe of the project. Where outputs of our consultancy work are requested to fall into the ownership of the client at the end of the assignment, the moral rights of the author will be asserted in our documentation.
